Summary: The Sales Support Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the Sales Leadership team, helping drive efficiency across sales processes, reporting, and customer coordination. This role plays a critical part in supporting the sales team by managing key administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring internal processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced sales environment.
What You’ll Do
Sales Team Support:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Leadership team and broader sales organization.
- Assist with coordinating sales initiatives, internal communications, and cross functional collaboration.
- Help maintain organization and efficiency across multiple sales projects and priorities.
Reporting and Data Management:
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership meetings.
- Compile and analyze sales data to support forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic planning.
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation within CRM and internal systems.
- Assist leadership with preparing reporting materials for business reviews and executive meetings.
Calendar and Meeting Coordination:
- Coordinate internal and external meetings for sales leadership and key client engagements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentation decks.
- Capture meeting notes, track action items, and ensure follow ups are completed.
- Support planning and coordination of sales team meetings, offsites, and strategy sessions.
Sales Operations Support:
- Assist with managing inbound sales requests and coordinating follow ups with the appropriate team members.
- Support proposal preparation, sales presentations, and client documentation.
- Ensure sales processes, documentation, and systems are maintained and up to date.
- Assist with tracking key sales initiatives and ensuring deadlines are met.
Communication Management:
- Act as a point of coordination between sales leadership, internal departments, and external partners.
- Draft and edit internal communications, presentations, and sales documentation.
- Ensure timely responses to internal and external requests.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Project Coordination:
- Assist with managing special projects and sales initiatives.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow ups.
- Conduct research and compile information to support business initiatives.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the sales organization.
- Support cross functional collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.

Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, administrative support, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Teams).
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Preferred
- Experience supporting senior sales leadership or executive teams.
- Background in sales operations, reporting, or business analytics.
- Experience preparing sales presentations, reporting dashboards, and business reviews.

The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 per year
