We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter to support our outreach efforts. This role focuses on daily outbound communication via email and Instagram to generate qualified appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Send 30–40 outreach messages or more per day (email & Instagram DM) from existing leads
- Engage prospects and follow up consistently
- Conduct outreach to developers, agents, designers, architects, and brands across California and Middle East.
- Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
- Maintain clear communication and update outreach tracking systems
- Occasionally hop on a call if needed (no heavy cold-calling required)
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable working EST hours
- Confident and not afraid to pick up calls when required
- Organized and consistent with daily outreach targets
- Real estate agent background is a plus
