Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will support the marketing team by creating high-quality digital assets for product launches, advertising campaigns, landing pages, and social media. This is an execution-focused role responsible for producing performance-driven creative optimized for e-commerce platforms while collaborating closely with the Head Designer and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Asset Creation
Design and produce digital assets, including Meta ads, AI videos, product mockups, and hero graphics for web.
Create graphics optimized for e-commerce platforms with careful attention to aspect ratios, ad formats, and web specifications.
Develop visual content for product launches, landing pages, and social media resizing needs.
Creative Collaboration
Collaborate with the Head Designer to execute creative concepts and produce design variations.
Develop mood boards, brand-aligned graphics, and visual concepts.
Produce assets for company-wide departments as needed.

Qualifications
Experience
Portfolio demonstrating high-quality and versatile graphic design work (experience measured by portfolio quality, not years).
Experience creating digital assets for e-commerce platforms and online campaigns.
Skills
Proficiency in modern graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent software.
Strong understanding of e-commerce site visualizations and how imagery displays online.
Knowledge of web design specifications, including aspect ratios, Meta ad formats, and digital asset requirements.
Ability to create diverse graphic styles ranging from product photography layouts to mood boards and conceptual designs.
Proactive and independent work style with strong ownership of projects.
Curious mindset with willingness to ask clarifying questions to ensure accuracy.
Self-motivated with minimal need for supervision.
Collaborative approach, working effectively with the Head Designer and cross-functional teams.
Flexible and adaptable to varying workload demands and creative direction.
Ability to work during Eastern Time hours and communicate primarily via Slack with participation in weekly live calls.
