In this role, you will play a vital part in financial planning and analysis for the organization. You'll be responsible for preparing financial forecasts, developing complex financial models, and leading quarterly finance reviews. Accountabilities- Prepare and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and liquidity planning for the organization.
- Develop, manage, and maintain complex financial models for various business initiatives.
- Lead quarterly finance reviews and prepare ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making.
- Analyze off- and on-chain data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build tooling and models to collect, analyze, and validate data to monitor trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business strategy, or related fields or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a strategy consultant, investment banker, VC, or in private equity.
- Crypto experience is strongly preferred.
- Extremely strong analytical skills and detail-oriented working style.
- Proactive, self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to synthesize insights clearly.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling required.
