Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will support the marketing team by creating high-quality visual assets across digital channels. This role focuses on execution, consistency, and attention to detail, ensuring all design deliverables align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
This is a hands-on role for a designer who is comfortable managing multiple projects, implementing feedback efficiently, and delivering polished assets on deadline. The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, solid design fundamentals, and the ability to translate marketing goals into clear, engaging visuals.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Asset Creation
Design marketing materials including social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, brochures, and promotional assets
Produce visual content that supports digital campaigns, brand initiatives, and audience engagement
Brand Consistency & Quality
Ensure all designs follow established brand guidelines, visual identity, and messaging standards
Maintain consistency across platforms, formats, and campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Content & Campaign Support
Assist with visual assets for blogs, websites, and promotional initiatives
Adapt designs for different channels and formats as needed

Experience

Proficiency in Canva and other relevant design tools
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding
