Role Overview:
As a Video Editor Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting compelling video content and motion graphics that align with our brand’s vision and goals. Your role will involve editing video footage, designing motion graphics, and ensuring that all visual content meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Video Editing: Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content that adheres to brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Motion Graphics: Create and integrate dynamic motion graphics, animations, and visuals.
• Project Management: Manage multiple video and motion graphics projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, including directors, producers, and designers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality content.
• Quality Control: Review and refine video and graphic content to ensure it meets technical and aesthetic standards.
• Tool Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and other relevant software to produce and enhance content.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in video editing and motion graphics to continually bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Experience:
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Specialist, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video editing and motion graphics.
• Experience using AI tools such as Runway ML, Veo3, et al is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia Design, Graphic Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, motion graphics design, and animation principles.
• Experience with additional editing tools and software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for visual composition and storytelling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a fast – paced or high growth environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Camera and Microphone Use: Must have a working camera and microphone and be willing to use them during team meetings for engagement and accountability.
