You’ll be working directly with passionate psychologist founders to build engaging digital communities across multiple platforms, creating content that resonates with parents seeking psychological resources for their children. Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram (primary focus), Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
- Create and edit compelling, engaging content that aligns with psychological expertise and child development resources
- Implement comprehensive social media strategies as directed by company leadership
- Handle daily content posting and scheduling across all platforms to maintain consistent audience engagement
- Actively engage with community members, respond to comments and messages, and build meaningful connections
- Develop content that specifically resonates with parents and caregivers seeking psychological resources for their children
- Collaborate directly with psychologist founders to ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and professional standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a social media manager with a demonstrable track record of growing online communities
- Fast learner who thrives working independently without requiring extensive supervision or hand-holding
- Intuitive understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and platform-specific best practices
- Proficiency in Canva for content creation, design, and visual storytelling
- Ability to work effectively in the Hong Kong timezone or similar time zones for real-time collaboration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to take initiative and provide strategic recommendations
- Understanding of psychology, child development, or related fields preferred but not mandatory
- Experience creating content for parent/family demographics is a plus
