About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is specially designed for women, including those who are looking to restart their careers after a break.
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts, connecting with potential clients, and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate leads and build relationships.
- Manage and maintain a detailed database of prospects and interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
