<table style="width:970.0px" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"><tbody><tr><td colspan="4"><table style="width:970.0px" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"><tbody><tr><td style="background-color:white"><img src="https://career.bayer.com/sites/g/files/kmftyc1291/files/Internal%20Job%20Postings.jpg" border="0"></td></tr></tbody></table></td><td> </td></tr><tr><td style="vertical-align:top" colspan="4"> Data Entry Specialist </td><td style="vertical-align:top"> </td></tr><tr><td style="vertical-align:top" colspan="4"> </td><td style="vertical-align:top"> </td></tr><tr><td style="vertical-align:top" colspan="4"> </td><td style="vertical-align:top"> </td></tr></tbody></table><div id="tor__fextListingLayout_readOnlyDiv">YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The primary responsibilities of this role, Data Entry Specialist, are to: <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Plot entry and management for Field Sales Reps and Technical Agronomists in Trial Management on call crops (Corn, Cotton, Soybean, Sorghum)</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Cotton quality data entry once received from local gin; order all cotton tags and bags for cotton sample shipping;</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Enter all university and third-party trials for cotton;</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage plots in Trial Management throughout the season and work with Technical Agronomists to approve for release to Marketing;</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Train field facing roles in use of Trial Management;</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate with Technical Agronomists on management and analysis of product characterization data and building a system for crop protection data analysis;</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Coordinate Demo material shipping;</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Responsible for delivering the highest quality field data as part of the sales and agronomy units;</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate with unit support squad members from Agronomy and Marketing;</li></ul> WHO YOU ARE Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required Qualifications: <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">High school diploma or GED;</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Familiarity with Trial Management, PTP, Velocity, Scout Proficiency with Microsoft Excel;</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Excellent communication and organizational skills;</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Capable of maintaining/working with large data sets;</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team-based environment;</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience with both standard MS office computer software systems used in scientific data analysis, with ability to quickly learn new software programs and tools;</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Problem solving skills;</li></ul> Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $53,730.40 - $80,595.60. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
