Suzie Koide Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to support our real estate operations team. This role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining property and client data within internal systems. This is a fully remote position with no on-site work required, ideal for individuals who are organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a structured digital environment. Key Responsibilities: - Enter and update real estate property listings in company databases - Maintain accurate client and transaction records - Review data for errors and ensure accuracy - Organize and manage digital files and documentation - Assist with administrative and reporting tasks - Communicate with internal team members regarding updates Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, data entry tools) - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Good written communication skills - Prior data entry or administrative experience is a plus but not required Qualifications: • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required • 0–2 years of data entry, administrative support, or office coordination experience preferred • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage • Experience using CRM or database systems is beneficial • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally • Comfortable learning new software and internal systems
