Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Remote | LATAM
Schedule: Central time | Monday - Saturday, 8 am - 5 pm or 10 am - 7 pm CT
USD Salary: 1,200USD - 1,500USD
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset to join our team. You will manage high-volume calls to schedule sales appointments and assist with administrative tasks, including online permit applications and data entry. Prior experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training on our industry, services, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and/or outbound calls to schedule sales appointments
- Communicate professionally with potential customers to qualify interest and book appointments
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and record updates
- Complete online permit applications and related documentation
- Maintain accurate customer and appointment information in internal systems
- Follow internal processes for appointment scheduling and documentation
- Coordinate schedules between customers and sales representatives
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
- Strong attention to detail for administrative work and data entry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and scheduling tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Prior experience in call center, appointment setting, or customer support roles
- Experience in sales support or lead qualification
