We are seeking a motivated and reliable Appointment Setter to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales or consulting team. This is a work-from-home position ideal for individuals who are comfortable communicating over the phone and enjoy engaging with people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to warm and/or cold leads using provided scripts and systems
- Qualify prospects by asking discovery questions
- Schedule appointments accurately on the company calendar
- Update CRM with call notes and outcomes
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, or email as needed
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales (preferred but not required)
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate CRM systems
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.)
- Comfortable handling objections
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude
