• Enter and maintain accurate accounting and billing-related data across multiple systems
• Update and manage complex spreadsheets in Excel and Google Sheets to support financial operations
• Cross-check data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies to ensure data integrity
• Generate and maintain recurring accounting support reports for management review
• Organize financial data and maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including strong data manipulation skills.
- Verifiable experience performing high-volume data entry with a documented accuracy rate of 98% or higher.
- Ability to reconcile financial data across multiple source documents and digital platforms with precision.
- Proven capability to generate detailed financial reports and summaries using spreadsheet software.
- Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex financial datasets efficiently.
