We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Video Editor who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands what performs on digital channels, and loves turning raw footage into compelling, high-performing content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit, enhance, and finalize short-form and long-form video content for ads, product launches, landing pages, social media, and campaigns across The Patch Brand and Space Camp Wellness.
- Translate marketing strategy into scroll-stopping visual storytelling that drives conversion and engagement.
- Create motion graphics, text overlays, product cutdowns, and TikTok/UGC-style edits optimized for performance.
- Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to deliver cohesive brand messaging and on-brand visuals.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver edits on quick turnaround timelines.
- Optimize content for various aspect ratios, platforms, and brand use cases.
- Maintain an organized media workflow including footage management, project files, and asset libraries.
- Continuously test, review, and adjust creative based on performance data and feedback.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally for e-commerce or consumer wellness brands.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; strong familiarity with After Effects for motion graphics.
- Knowledge in color correction, sound editing, and visual pacing.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives—especially TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
- Eye for strong branding and clean, modern aesthetics.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and pivot as priorities shift.
Bonus: Experience editing UGC content and working with influencers.
